Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information (name, email), and the operational data you or your carrier enter to run your business: loads, trucks, drivers, documents, compliance dates, and financial records. If your plan includes document scanning, uploaded documents are processed to extract their contents.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: dispatch and load management, compliance tracking, invoicing, and reporting for your carrier. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and served via Vercel (hosting). Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Document scanning, where enabled, uses Anthropic's Claude API to read the documents you upload.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless, it does not follow you across other sites, and it does not record anything that identifies you personally.

Access control

Your data is scoped to your carrier. Drivers see only their own assignments; carrier staff and owners see their carrier's data; NRB Carrier Group staff access carrier data solely to provide back-office services you've engaged us for.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To have your account and data deleted, email support@nrbcarriergroup.com and we'll process the request within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. invoices).
