Who you're dealing with

This service is operated by NRB Carrier Group LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up for a company, you're confirming you're allowed to accept them on its behalf.

What the service is

Software for running a trucking company: loads, drivers, trucks, documents, compliance dates, settlements and invoicing. You bring your own operating authority, insurance and drivers — we provide the system you run them in.

Carrier Group members also receive back-office services from us. Those are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Plans and billing

Starter is free. Operator is $79/month with the first truck included and $20/month for each additional truck, or $790/year for a one-truck account. Carrier Group is $349.99/month plus $40/month per truck and is by application only.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. We never see or store your card number. If a promotional rate is offered (for example a reduced first 14 days), the regular rate applies at the end of that promotional period.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may limit paid features until it clears. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you're already on.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your paid features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't prorate or refund partial months. Cancelling a paid plan doesn't delete your account — you drop to Starter and your records stay where they are.

Your data stays yours

Your loads, documents and financial records belong to you. We use them to run the service for you and for nothing else — see the Privacy Policy. You can export your data from the app while your account is active, and you can ask us to delete it. We keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and records with a retention period set by federal regulation.

Using it responsibly

Keep your login to yourself, keep the information you enter accurate, and don't use the service to break the law, to upload someone else's data you have no right to, or to attack or overload the system. We can suspend an account that's doing any of those, and we'll tell you why.

What we don't promise

We are not your compliance department. The app shows you what is due — it cannot see your filing history and it never certifies that you are compliant. Your MCS-150, IFTA, Form 2290, UCR, drug and alcohol program, driver qualification files and everything else remain your legal responsibility as the motor carrier.

We are not a law firm, an accountant, an insurance agent, or FMCSA, and nothing in the app is legal, tax or financial advice. We don't promise the service will be available without interruption or free of errors, and it is provided as is.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits anything that legally can't be limited.

Changes and endings

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. Either of us can end this at any time. If we end it without cause, we'll refund the unused part of what you've prepaid.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Union County, North Carolina. Questions: support@nrbcarriergroup.com
